For a group booking:
Create a group request under the Group Travel tab
Hotels will bid on your request, select an offer you want to book, we'll connect you with the hotel sales contact to book your block
After the event we'll email you for a final stay report that has all the details of your group booking (number of room nights, average daily rate, etc.)
The voucher will be calculated based on the number of rooms nights and average daily rate for the total group booking.
Once you receive the hotel voucher you can then book an individual reservation at any hotel worldwide for any date available on
